Twitter、全リンクを公式短縮サービスt.coに変換へ

短縮URLを公式に始めるようですね。
APIの仕様が判ったらbitlyから引越しましょう。

あと、6/30でtwitterのbasic認証が終わるらしいので、
急いでoauth認証にチェンジしないとヤバイ(^^;
